Returns & Exchanges

We stand by our products and they are quality checked to the highest standard.

If you are not happy with our products, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back excluding postage costs. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you would like to exchange or return goods. Send an email to orders@sarissa.com.au and request an RA number. Include your order number in this email and notify us which goods you would like to exchange or return. 

Then return goods by registered or express post, postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the RA number:

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. Sarissa will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.

If you would like an exchange then you will need to enclose a pre paid Express postbag so that your items are registered and traceable.

Goods returned without a requested RA number will not be approved for exchange or refund.

Please use the enclosed returns form to tell us why you are returning the goods and quote your RA number.

All items must have the tags attached, must not have been worn, washed or used and be in their original packaging. Return postage/shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.

Garments will not be eligible for exchange/return if we consider them used or if they are without tags attached.

Faulty items will only be accepted if returned and received in their original condition. We will only exchange them for the same size and colour and this is subject to availability.

REDUCED OR SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
